Due to high demand, orders typically arrive within 10–15 business days after dispatch. Delivery times may vary depending on location and carrier operations.

Delivery Confirmation

All orders are shipped with tracking. Once an order is marked as “Delivered” by the carrier to the address provided at checkout, the order is considered successfully fulfilled.

Responsibility After Delivery

PixLoop is not responsible for packages that are:

  • Marked as delivered by the carrier

  • Left in or at a mailbox, front door, or reception area

  • Lost or stolen after delivery

Customers are responsible for ensuring a secure delivery location. If a package is marked as delivered but not received, customers must contact us within 48 hours so we can assist with a carrier investigation, where possible.

Incorrect Address

PixLoop is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.
